I know it is an important investment of money, but it is the best possible investment if you want to have quality of life and your cats happy. I've had it for 2 weeks and I can't say anything bad. I have 4 cats and they all started using it from day one - well, the Siamese is costing him a little more, but he is encouraged to relieve himself in there. As I said I have 4 cats and in these 2 weeks I have only emptied the drawer on 2 occasions .... it is wonderful !! I'm enthusiastic about Litte-Robot my cats two Maine Coons were skeptical at first, but after three days they used it, everything is great, I'm curious how long it will last. Is expensive but worth it, I would buy it again
